Andrew Tyndale


Andrew Tyndale

Andrew has 32 years’ experience in investment banking, the first 26 in such commercial groups as Babcock & Brown and Macquarie Bank. Since 2009, Andrew has carried on with investment banking, but for the benefit of the social sector through Grace Mutual Limited.

Andrew now serves as Chair of The Funding Network, and Board member of SustainCH and Good360. He is Co-founder of Propeller Projects.

Andrew has served on numerous public and private company boards, as well as remaining deeply involved in charitable work including domestic and international development groups and social enterprises.

Sunny Yang

Chief Financial Officer


Sunny Yang is co-founder of Grace Mutual. He has 20 years experience in financial management and company secretarial roles.

Sunny was finance director of Peppers hotel chain and Chief Financial Officer of Stella Group, one of the largest hotel and travel companies in Australia, with more than 280 hotels and more than 3,500 travel agents.

He is a member of CPA Australia and member of Chartered Secretaries Australia. He holds a Masters of Commerce degree from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dong Hua University, Shanghai, a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Macquarie and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice from Chartered Secretaries of Australia.

Kurt Mclachlan


Kurt Mclachlan

Kurt worked for 10 years in healthcare and pharmaceuticals before starting his own sales and marketing business which is still running today.

For the last nine years, Kurt worked as a management consultant. During this time he built the business, including the operational and management systems, into the business that exists today. Managing a large team and dealing with multiple clients providing strategic advice to large listed companies and large government bodies at both federal and state level. This experience, much of it with large financial institutions, allowed Kurt to deal the many complex issues facing these companies.

Kurt also serves on the board of Halogen Foundation, a leadership provider to young Australians, as an independent director.

Richard Korkor



Richard has 14 years experience in the financial and investment banking industries. Working with premier investment banks, including Bankers Trust Australia, Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific and Babcock & Brown Australia, Richard has worked in all areas of the debt capital markets industry, including sales and trading, derivatives, advising on securitisation and managing significant investment funds in fixed interest and complex financial instruments.

For the last 2 years, Richard has engaged in a number of different roles through his own company, Lion Heart Capital, which has been mandated for raising equity and debt capital, advising on acquisitions and divestments of businesses in the financial services sector, designing hedging strategies, debt restructuring and managing an unlisted Structured Credit Fund.

Jeremy Rolleston


Jeremy has over 15 years experience in the financial and investment banking industries. He has previously worked for Westpac, NatWest Markets, ANZ, Goldman Sachs JB Were and most recently he was General Manager – Institutional Business at Perpetual.

In this time he has advised and serviced an array of clients including superannuation and sovereign wealth funds, institutions, corporates, family offices, and high net worth individuals across a range of focusses. These include capital markets, credit and fixed interest, foreign exchange, equities, derivatives, multi-sector funds, private equity and other alternatives.

Jeremy is also a two-time Olympian, serves on the Board of Positive Hits and is an Ambassador for the Global Poverty Project and the Australia Day Council.
